I joined the Bulgarian community of Ottawa at the first Bulgarian Flag Raising ceremony, at City Hall. Thank you to Stela Kostova, President of the National Capital Region Bulgarian Community, and VP Anton Minkov for having me at you Liberation Day celebrating 141 years of Bulgarian Independence. It was wonderful to see Deputy Mayor Laura Dudas, and Ambassador of Bulgaria to Canada Svetlana Stoycheva-Etropolski.
