I was pleased to attend the beautiful Solo Concert of Mme. Minghui Liu “Songs from the Heart” in celebration of Canada 150 and to receive an excellent piece of artwork titled,“View on Top of the Mountain-Bust of Pierre Elliott Trudeau" on behalf of Heritage Canada.
